Planning Tips
Selecting A Limousine Company
* Verify that the company has proper insurance.
* Verify that they have all the proper permits. These include A) City Permits, B) Airport Permits, and C) I.C.C. Permits (cross state lines).
* Verify that the company has been in business at least 5 years. This will increase the chances that they will still be in business by the time your wedding date arrives.
* Get references from known corporate clients in your area.
* Most important, go see the limousines and meet the drivers!
* Be very careful of the "fly by night" limo companies. To help detect them, ask the following:
o Do they answer their phones all the time?
o Do they have a separate business location, or do they work out of the house?
o Are they willing to show you the limousine? Many "fly by night" companies insist that the limos are booked and are not available for inspection. If this is the case, request that they drive the limousine to your house!
